About Devon
My name is Devon Natalie Prinsloo. I am a South African citizen who holds a 120-Hour TEFL qualification, which was completed in 2020. I have 7 years’ experience in-class early childhood development experience.
I am looking to secure an online TEFL teaching position. I have taken the time to look into your companies’ standards and reputation and think I would be a great fit and asset to your company and all of your students.

I am invested in each one of my students and love to see them grow and learn in a comfortable and positive environment, where they feel excited to achieve. I personalize all of my lessons and ensure I get to know my students, so that I can plan my lessons around their interests/goals. I use different methods of evaluation (fun quizzes, games, fill-in the gap activities ect) to make sure that all my students understand the material before moving on to the next lesson and to monitor the progress my students are making. I make an effort to start my lesson with some fun form of revision activities from the previous lesson. Due to the combination of all the methods, techniques and variety I add to my lessons, I ensure positive progress for all of the students that I teach, as I am here to help every student reach their goals in the spoken English language. In summary, it is my genuine interest and passion for my students that may set me apart from other teachers. I want my students to be as excited about learning English as I am to learn more about them and their culture.
