About Charlotte
I am Norwegian-American and speak both languages fluently. I lived abroad for and have studied in IB system from 6th grade to IB2, except for one year when I took GCSEs in England. I am also experienced with the SAT exam which I took in 2019. I have the most experience of teaching at primary school level but have also helped older students including at an upper secondary level.

My teaching method is varied in depending on the level of what the student wants to learn. I make sure to only speak English throughout the lesson so the student can more quickly learn to communicate and think in English and improve their listening skills. I have 8 years of experience in learning foreign languages such as Spanish and German so I know how important it is to include variation between grammar, written and oral comprehension and have ideas for a variety of activities within these areas. I can also help with school assignments such as the IB extended essay and IAs.

Charlotte er en superdyktig engelslærer! Hun er pedagogisk og veldig flink til å forklare ved bruk av eksempler. Hun er flink til å foreslå varierte og interessante tema til timene. Dette fører til høyt utbytte fra timene, og at det er gøy å lære fra Charlotte! Jeg kan anbefale Charlotte på det varmeste.
Charlotte er en fantastisk lærer, hun tilrettelegger timene etter dine behov og hjelper deg med de ulike oppgavene du lurer på. Jeg har allerede blitt mye bedre i Engelsk både skriftlig og muntlig. Muntlig har jeg slitt mye med, men etter at jeg fikk hjelp av Charlotte, så fikk jeg 6 på en muntlig vurdering noe som ikke har skjedd før. Jeg vil anbefale Charlotte på det sterkeste, hun er utrolig hyggelig og dyktig.
