About Deniz
I am a dietician. I am also IFA certified personal trainer. I have training in many areas from sports nutrition to obesity surgery. I have a wide range extending to consult housewife from bodybuilding champion. I have worked with over 100 people. I also provide free information to hundreds of people every day with the @fitnessrehberiniz page I do editing on Instagram.

Depending on your request, I can offer sessions from 1 time per month up to 24 times. I am responsible for every step of your training in face-to-face PT services. In the online diet, I am with you at every step in the same way.
