I’m Anthony, a Kinesiology graduate and current Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine student with a strong background in nutrition, human physiology, and health. My education combines science-based knowledge with a practical, real-world approach to wellness.
Through my studies and hands-on experience, I’ve developed a solid understanding of topics like metabolism, diet planning, and how nutrition impacts performance and overall health. I’m passionate about helping students understand material in a clear, simple way that actually sticks and can be applied beyond the classroom.
