About Maxim
Dieticians I run for 8 years. With growing demand, I started 5 years ago to also give personal training, although it was not planned until 2017 (after graduation oecotrophology). 2 years ago I graduated, I founded in 2015 my business in the field of personal training and nutritional counseling. Whether the goal may be muscle building, fat loss or increase the athletic performance, I set realistic goals and we achieve this together step by step. The greatest successes of my clients are:
- fat reduction of 143 kg to 91 kg and muscle building to 98 kg.
- Fat reduction of 124 kg to 90 kg, improvement in physical education by not participated on 2nd
- Vice German Champion Bodybuilding GNBF juniors

To achieve workout goals I teach theoretical knowledge in strength training, sports nutrition and bodybuilding. In addition, I offer individual training on the basis of the latest scientific state - even in YOUR gym. I am happy to also offer online coaching via webcam. As a former Bundesliga player I also offer training in table tennis to the league level.

Ich kenne Maxim schon seit vielen Jahren. Komplexe Zusammenhänge kann er mit einfach Worten wiedergeben und bleibt dabei locker und nicht überheblich. Für mich ist es immer wichtig zu wissen WARUM ich dies und jenes wirkich brauche im Leben. Auch hier kann er immer Beispiele nennen. Empfehlenswert!
Maxim hat mir sehr erfolgreich beim Abnehmen geholfen, sodass ich insgesamt mehr als 40kg abnehmen konnte und ein ganz anderes Verständnis meines Körpers bekommem habe. Dabei stand er mir stehts zur Seite mit seinem Fachwissen und versuchte das beste für meine Lebenssituation mit mir zusammen zu erarbeiten.
Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen!Wer sich körperlich verändern möchte, ist bei Maxim definitiv an der richtigen Adresse. Ich trainiere schon seit Jahren mit ihm zusammen und kann sagen, egal ob es um Fettabbau oder Muskelaufbau geht, du einfach nur fitter werden möchtest oder der/die Stärkste deiner Stadt werden möchtest, Maxim versteht sein Handwerk und mit ihm an deiner Seite wirst du dein Ziel erreichen.
