About Ali
I've been providing Nutrition Coaching for 4 years.
I have worked with clients in Africa and Remote part of WA helping clients choose best foods for them.
I specialise in Youth Nutrition & Sports Nutrition with a focus on eating whole foods and currently work with athletes in sports including ALF, Basketball, Netball, Swimming.

I get to know you as a student and find out a little bit about your background, your goals, the foods you currently eat and the foods you do and dont like to eat. Together we create a plan of new foods to include in your diet and foods to remove that may not be suited for you.
