My approach as a tutor is centered on making English and writing feel approachable, engaging, and personalized to each student’s needs. I focus on building both confidence and strong foundational skills by creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their ideas.
My teaching method combines explanation, guided practice, and constructive feedback. I help students break down difficult concepts such as essay structure, grammar, and creative writing into manageable steps.
A typical lesson usually begins with reviewing previous work or identifying areas the student wants to improve. From there, we work through a focused skill or assignment together. I end each session with feedback, revision strategies, and clear goals for improvement.
I aim not only to help students complete assignments, but also to help them become more confident, independent writers and critical thinkers. I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor lessons to match their pace, goals, and academic level.
My lessons are ideal for middle school and high school students who want support with English classes, essay writing, reading comprehension, grammar, or creative writing. I can also help students prepare for assignments, exams, and overall improvement in writing and communication skills.
