About Milan
Hello my name is Milan and I am a current senior studying dance at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. I have been dancing for over 13 years, studying ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, tap and hip hop. Growing up in Los Angeles I was a competitive dancer with award winning studios, Project21 and The Royal Underground. Additionally, starting at the age of 14 I began assisting classes at my studio for children ages 3-5. Currently, I am freelance dancer and teacher working with both kids and adults!

As a teacher I aim to make my students feel excited to grow, fostering an environment in which learning to move can develop into joyous confidence. I love to teach people of all ages and skill levels, in whatever style suits them best, ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, tap, or hip hop. Additionally, I love to teach stretch and strengthening to students who may want to supplement their current dance training with opportunities to further their technical abilities. My teaching style is designed to suit your needs, whether that's moving around for fun, or expanding the range of your extensions, I am always thrilled to meet new students!
