About Millie
I have recently finished college and now hold an offer for Law with Politics at Manchester University beginning in 2023. I have always had a passion for English going through school, which has showed through my achievements of grade 9s in both English Literature and Language at GCSE level and an A* in English Literature at A level. Aside from my passion for English, I am in my element when I am helping people, especially younger students. I am both a patient and understanding tutor who will encourage all needs and abilities. Moreover, having just completed my A Levels, I have a strong knowledge as to what skills are needed when approaching English exams and I would love to share these with you. As a bonus, I also have two cats and I’m sure they would like to say hi over the webcam!

Having recently completed both GCSE and A Level English Literature to a very high standard, I am aware of what is required to reach the grades that you are hoping for in your English Literature or Language GCSE, or simply to improve English related skills for younger students. I will cater my lessons to suit all needs and deliver information in an engaging way as I know how difficult and tedious people can find the subject! I am extremely patient and encouraging - having a younger sister myself, I have had lots of practice on her! I also held the role of English Laureate at my college, meaning that I was working with students of all ages to give them a passion for English. I would love to carry this on and work with any students GCSE level or below to share my skills and exam knowledge with in an informative and patient manner.
