About Rachael
I am neurodivergent with ADHD, a lesbian, and a survivor of domestic violence. I also understand what it’s like to live with anxiety and have experienced depression in the past. These experiences have helped shape my compassionate, understanding, and trauma-aware approach to coaching.
I enjoy helping people overcome feeling stuck, build self-belief, and create positive changes that lead to a happier, more fulfilling life.
My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental, and focused on helping you unlock your full potential.
