About Yusuf
Hi there, I'm a second year medical student at the University of Manchester, achieving an 8 in chemistry GCSE and an A at A level.
Having recently completed my own GCSEs and A-levels, I have experience from both a student's and a tutor's perspective. This helps me to understand the challenges students face so I can tailor my teaching to help them overcome them effectively.
Furthermore as someone who initially struggled with chemistry, I can offer insight to students on how to overcome challenges and barriers in the subject.
I have also received offers from 4 UK medical schools so can offer valuable advice and tips for any chemistry students considering medicine as a career option

Typical lesson length of one hour where we will go over areas of the specification the students find challenging as well as strengthening their understanding and application through past paper questions. I will also include valuable revision tips and methods in the lessons for students with upcoming exams as well as going through exam technique to make sure students can use and apply their knowledge when it matters.
Achieved an A in chemistry at A Level and an 8 at GCSE with recent, up to date exam experience.
The lessons are for GCSE level and below and can be targeted for anyone whether aiming for a pass or a 9.
