About Nidhi
I come from a diverse academic professional background, B.Tech in CE(chemical engineering), bringing both analytical understanding and holistic awareness into my teaching and holistic awareness into my teaching. I am a QCI and Yoga Alliance - approved yoga instructor with 350 hours of formal training, deeply rooted in traditional principles while embracing a modern, practical approach.
Beyond yoga, I have love for dance and movement. As a Zumba trainer, I believe wellness should feel light, energizing, joyful, and empowering.
