About Isha
I am a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Sussex, where I study Media Production with a strong focus on visual arts and creative practice. My formal art education includes Art & Design at both GCSE O-level and A-level, where I developed a solid foundation in painting, drawing, and mixed media techniques.
Beyond my academic qualifications, I completed a professional printmaking internship at the National College of Arts in Pakistan, working alongside established artists in a studio environment. Earlier this year, I held my own photography exhibition at the University of Sussex, showcasing my work to a professional audience — something I am incredibly proud of.
I am bilingual in English and Urdu, and I bring patience, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm to every lesson. I understand what it feels like to be a learner working towards an art qualification, and I use that experience to make my lessons as relevant and encouraging as possible.
I am committed to helping every student find their creative confidence, whether they are picking up a paintbrush for the first time or working towards an important qualification. My lessons are structured but flexible, always putting the student's goals and progress first.

Hi, I'm Isha — a second-year Media Production student at the University of Sussex with a strong background in art and painting. I completed Art & Design at both GCSE and A-level, trained in professional printmaking studios at the National College of Arts in Pakistan, and recently held my own photography exhibition at the University of Sussex.
My online painting lessons are relaxed, creative, and completely tailored to you. I work with complete beginners through to students preparing for GCSEs or A-levels, and every session is designed around what you personally want to learn and improve. There's no pressure and no judgement — just a supportive, encouraging environment where you can develop at your own pace.
A typical lesson runs 45 minutes to an hour and usually covers a mix of technique, composition, and hands-on practice. I'll give you clear guidance throughout and make sure you leave every session having learnt something new and feeling confident about your progress.
I'm particularly experienced in painting, drawing and photography, and I'm happy to explore different styles and mediums depending on what interests you. If you're a student working towards an art qualification, I can also help with portfolio building and understanding what examiners look for — having been through that process myself recently.
Lessons are online and easy to join from anywhere — all you need is your materials and a willingness to create!
