About Anastasia
It is my first time tutoring online, but I currently work part-time aiming to help new students of the University to settle and do well academically. I often help them with the way they should be studying and solve exercises with them.

Hello! I'm in my third year studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh. I give online IGCSE and A-level lessons on Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics.
I'm very passionate and enjoy all three subjects and I'm confident I will be able able to help each of the students as much as possible :)
The lesson structure will depend on what works best for the student. In general I find it more important to spend more time on solving exercises especially for Chemistry and Mathematics, while for Biology spending some time to ensure that the student understands the material may be more beneficial. However, this will be discussed with the student to make sure that the lesson is done in the best way for each individual.

I have known Anastasia very well in the past 3 years. She has excellent knowledge, is extremely helpful and willing and knows better than anyone how to solve every problem and to explain every question. She also has a very pleasant personality
Anastasia has helped me with my Mathematics courses over several years, especially when studying to pass my high school exams and at IGCSE Level. Other than helping me solve Maths questions, she helped me to actually understand the concepts and made me really interested in Maths, by showing me how many different applications they have!
