About Josefina
I am a third year student of pedagogy in English at the University of O’Higgins. My specialty is individual tutoring for children and adolescents, from 6 years to 17; however, I also teach adults. Classes are online (zoom / meet). I teach vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and more. I am also in charge of giving exercise guides to my students, and putting them to the test with dictations and tests.

My teaching method is divided into several stages depending on the student. However my intention is always to focus on all skills (listening, writing, speaking). I make my students read in class and at home, listen to audios and videos to improve their hearing, practice pronunciation, and above all learn vocabulary since the latter is the strong one to learn a language and be sure of themselves. The use of power point in my classes is optional. Finally, my most important methodology during class is fun, being spontaneous and being relaxed. I like that my students feel comfortable talking to me, and that they study because they want to.
