About Elkhan
Hi there!
My name is Elkhan and I am from Russia. I used to work as an Engineer at Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) but now I am a part-time English tutor. I am a Ph.D. seeker and want to continue my professional career path and to get a doctorate degree in Natural or Engineering sciences. I have a teaching experience in molecular physics and computational chemistry, which is also, would be beneficial for students of different interdisciplinary subjects. I adore learning science, technology, and various computer gadgets.
I have got a strong desire to help you to learn the English language whatever you need, does not matter if you want to travel, study abroad, or just for a job.
Teaching is not only a part-time job for me but also an opportunity to prepare for my future studies.

My teaching methodology is based upon conversational lessons where I successfully apply such techniques as flipped classroom, imitative speaking, body language, and simply an explanation meaning of different unfamiliar words.
The typical length of a lesson is 1 hour, but we can split it into 30, 45 minutes as well.
I have been teaching English since 2021 and have experience working with Mexican, Belorussian, Russian, Chinese, Ukraine, Slovenian, Polish and Italian students. I don't teach children younger than 15 years. At the moment I am completing my TESOL certificate course from ASU. So it is expected, that I will be a certified ESL English teacher.
