I’m an experienced online fitness coach with over 17 years in the industry, having worked in both corporate and commercial gym environments across the UK. My background includes coaching clients within organisations as well as in leading health clubs such as Nuffield Health and David Lloyd.
This experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges busy professionals face when trying to balance work, family, and health. My coaching style is realistic, supportive, and focused on long-term results rather than quick fixes. I coach because I genuinely enjoy helping people improve their health, confidence, and quality of life in a sustainable way.
