About Iryna
I’m a certified fitness and pilates trainer with a strong professional background in movement and bodywork.
I graduated with a Master's degree in Physical Education and Sports from a Sports University. For 14 years, I was a professional dancer, and later worked as a choreographer for 2 years. I also performed internationally for 3 years in show ballets on contract.
For the past 4 years, I have been living and working in Turkey as a personal and group coach in a sports center. I specialize in:
– Fitness training
– Mat Pilates
– Stretching & mobility
I lead both group and 1-on-1 sessions, and I adapt every workout to the client’s individual goals, abilities, and needs. I speak Ukrainian, Russian and Turkish.
With deep knowledge of the body and movement, I help people feel stronger, more flexible, and in tune with themselves – physically and mentally.
