About Freddie
Classical guitarist, composer, singer and recording artist. Winner of several guitar competitions and songwriting contests. Music Teacher for several years, in the grade school and high school levels. Face-to-face / online guitar & uke coach to a growing number of happy learners. Schooled under the late Jose Tomas from Spain, a guitar virtuoso who was once said to be "the right-hand man" of the great Andres Segovia. Maestro Jose Tomas is also known to be the first to adopt the 8-string Spanish guitar, developed for him by Jose Ramirez III.

This course offers a carefully designed program for all ages. Upon assessment, you will be provided with a customized methodology that starts off with reviewing what you currently know, given the type of music you love most, and your present level of proficiency.
We then build from there, clearly defining the new areas and musical genres you would like to explore. Clear and detailed instruction is provided to effectively develop technical competence, as well as a meaningful and relevant understanding of music theory. You will learn how to creatively express your own musicality and bring life to your every performance.
Learning materials and exercises are emailed to you after each session for your reference, taking you further and farther each time in your guitar journey. Each step up becomes a delightful musical experience on its own!

Maestro Freddie is my first teacher who taught me the Classical Guitar. It was by his influence that I started playing a musical instrument. During my tutorial sessions with him, I learned guitar techniques that would enhance my playing with musicality and ease (with the help of visual aids).
