About Erin
I’m an adaptive educator, professional musician, and PhD candidate in Critical Improvisation Studies with a focus on how neurodivergent people learn, regulate, and engage with the world. For over 15 years, I’ve worked as a teacher and educator, and I specialize in creating supportive, flexible learning environments for students who struggle with focus, overwhelm, and getting started on tasks.
Much of my work has been with autistic and ADHD students, and I’ve developed practical, real-world approaches that help students work with their brain rather than against it. My background combines academic research, lived experience, and extensive hands-on teaching, which allows me to offer learning support that is both compassionate and highly practical.
I believe that when students feel understood and supported, school becomes far more manageable. And often far less stressful for the whole family.

I offer 1:1 virtual homework and learning support for students who struggle with focus, overwhelm, and getting started with schoolwork. This is not tutoring and not therapy. I help students learn practical ways to work with their brain so school feels more manageable in real time.
I am an adaptive educator and a PhD candidate in Critical Improvisation Studies, with years of experience working with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults. My work focuses on how sensory regulation, attention, and learning interact, and I use this knowledge to help students build simple, effective strategies they can actually use during homework. I also am neurodivergent myself so understand how difficult it is navigating academia with a neurospicy brain.
Sessions take place over Zoom and are ideal for students with ADHD, executive function challenges, or anyone who feels stuck when trying to begin tasks.
