About Finn
As a first-class honors graduate in Education and Training from Dublin City University, I bring a strong academic foundation as well as practical experience in helping others learn effectively. I will begin a Master's in Primary Teaching in September, which reflects my long-term commitment to education and to developing as a professional teacher.
In addition to my academic background, I have many years of experience working with children through taekwondo as a multiple-time World and European ITF Taekwondo Champion. This has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, stay patient, and create a focused but positive learning environment where students feel supported and motivated.
I take professionalism seriously and always aim to be reliable, prepared and encouraging in every lesson. My priority is to help each student feel comfortable, make steady progress and develop greater confidence in their own ability.

My approach to tutoring is calm, supportive and structured. I adapt each lesson to the learner’s age, level and goals, using clear explanations, guided practice, questioning, repetition and encouragement to build confidence and steady progress. Lessons usually last 45 to 60 minutes. I have a first-class honours degree in Education and Training from DCU and I will begin a Masters in Primary Teaching in September. I also have extensive experience teaching and coaching through Taekwondo as a multiple-time World and European ITF Taekwondo Champion. My lessons are suitable for primary pupils and adults who want support with reading, literacy, confidence and communication skills.
