About Rafia
My name is Rafia Farooq, and I am a passionate and professional Math tutor from Pakistan with an MS in Mathematics and over 7 years of teaching experience. I specialize in making mathematics clear and approachable for students of all levels.
Whether it’s Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, or Exam Preparation, I guide students step by step to help them understand concepts deeply and apply them confidently. Over the years, I have successfully taught students from USA, UK, UAE, Australia, China, and Canada, which has enriched my teaching style and enabled me to adapt to diverse curricula and learning needs.

My teaching approach is student centered, focused on building strong conceptual understanding through step by step explanations and real-life examples. I adapt my methods to suit each student’s individual learning style whether visual, auditory, or logical and ensure that every concept is fully understood before moving forward.
A typical lesson begins with a brief review of previous material, followed by an introduction to new concepts using simple explanations. I then guide the student through practice problems of increasing difficulty, encouraging questions and discussion throughout. Each lesson ends with a quick recap and practice work to reinforce learning.
