About Francisco

I recently graduated from my master's in finance, and enjoy learning and teaching languages in my free time. I am a native Spanish speaker born in Mexico City. I think language learning is a lot more effective when it is combined with an interest in the culture of the countries where the language is spoken, so I strive to incorporate this into my lessons as much as possible.

About the lesson

Length of a session: 1 hour
Techniques and Teaching method:

1) EXAM Preparation (e.g. DELE): We begin by taking a mock assessment, and then I customise the material according to the curriculum and the class focuses on improving weaknesses and covering gaps in knowledge identified on the mock. This course is suitable for you if plan on taking an exam up to level B1. If you would like to study for a higher level we can arrange it as well, but you would need to have at least 4 months to prepare prior to your exam.

2) School/homework tutoring: We work based on your textbook, and aim to at least match the pace of lessons at school so that students can feel confident by exam time.

3) Conversational or General Improvement: I direct you to an online test to gauge your level, and then we can work using a textbook to improve your skills or simply focus on conversation depending on your preference.
