***Please book a minimum of 1 session on top of your 1st FREE (30m) session***Refer a friend and receive a 1hr session for FREE***

~The 1st FREE (30m) session is an introduction session to become acquainted with each other 1:1 and ensure we are on the same page for the next lesson(s). This will be where you provide me with a brief description of your current level, what you want to focus on and your goals.

~Discuss your goals/ expectations along with your strengths/ areas of improvement so we can build a sufficient and detailed plan and discuss how many sessions you would benefit from and where you can tell me your budget/ how many lessons you're looking for.

~At the end of each session we will check in to see how you feel, what you enjoyed/ disliked and what you would like to focus on next time along with any questions and state any concerns/ wishes you have.

~After each session I will prepare materials/ resources for you based on why you have reached out (Ex: guides, templates, tip sheets, etc.) so you can save them for future use. Anything we work on that may require editing/ reviewing will be provided as part of each lesson/ session at no extra cost to you.
