About Марія
My name is Maria, I am a certified trainer and nutritionist. I work with people who want not only a “perfect body”, but also to feel lighter, move without pain and live comfortably in their body.
My approach is suitable for those who:
* sit a lot, work at a laptop, feel tired in the back and neck;
* do not like hard workouts, after which the whole body hurts;
* want to gently return to sports or start from scratch without shame;
* tried training on their own, but did not see the result;
* want a comprehensive approach: movement + nutrition + support.

I use a slow technique that engages the muscles more deeply, relieves the spine, and gives tangible results after just a few sessions.
