I have had work experience at a primary school year 6 level with Drama performance and English Literature/reading. I am currently starting my first year at University with a Degree in Musical Theatre. Having just completed my A-levels in June 2024 with A-Levels in English Literature, Theatre Studies and Fine Art, I am equipped to provide any help with revision techniques, understanding on several books, poems and genres whilst also providing motivation for those who require a greater in-depth discussion of material.
Up to 1 hour 30 minutes for a lesson. I will help you understand and analyse your material for both preparation for your examinations and for coursework. I specialise in dystopian literature and post-1900s drama and poetry. With works such as 'A Streetcar Named Desire,' 'The Handmaid's Tale,' 'Wide Sargasso Sea,' 'The Road,' 'A Doll's House,' Carol Ann Duffy poems and Christina Rossetti poems. I am able to provide support for literature students, both at GCSE and A-level, with language breakdowns, in-depth analysis and contextual knowledge for multiple genres and time periods to improve their English Literature understanding
