About Karim
I am a young teacher who thrives on bringing positive energy and hope to everyone.
I obtained my Master of Teaching at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) of the University of Toronto in 2018. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, with a Minor in the Arabic language and culture.
I studied in French for a big portion of my academic life.
I love to read and develop my pedagogy skills.

Although I love teaching, I DO NOT believe in controlling my students' learning.
Students shine when they get to decide what to learn and what aspects of the curriculum triggers them.
My class is always student-led. I allow the students themselves to have agency, no matter what the age group is.
I am a facilitator, with the goal of making learning more accessible to all by simply guiding them, rather than telling them what to do.
