About Alexis
I am an organismal biology major who has worked inside and outside of labs to gain experience. I have been working in a lab since I was in high school and am very passionate about biology and helping students take small concepts in a book to the larger picture in life.

My teaching method is to take words from the book and make them understandable so students are able to understand them as a whole concept. I think when it comes to the sciences it is important to take the words and make them more understandable so a student is not just memorizing and repeating what they read the night before.
