About Monifa
I have worked in school systems, arts organizations, andIn prison systems, teaching both creative writing and art therapy. I have also worked as a third grade teacher, instructing on phonics, spelling, grammar, etc. I have a deep-rooted history and ELA and reading comprehension. I’ve also been a poet for over 20 years both published and on stages.
