About Lin
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 15 years of experience teaching High School and College students. I am committed to providing personalised learning that helps students build strong English skills and confidence.
I design customised lesson plans based on individual learning needs and goals. My lessons focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. I ensure lessons are practical and easy to follow.

My teaching approach for ESL is practical, student-centred, and interactive. I design lessons that are motivating, clear, and tailored to each student’s level, goals, and learning pace.
Motivation is emphasised in every lesson. I provide positive feedback, achievable goals, and consistent progress tracking to help students stay confident. Communication is practised through speaking, listening, reading, and real-life conversation exercises.
Creativity makes lessons enjoyable and effective. I use role plays, storytelling, visuals, and practical exercises to help students retain and apply English skills. Time management ensures lessons are structured, balanced, and productive.
Besides ESL, I also teach spoken English, grammar fundamentals, vocabulary development, pronunciation, professional communication, email writing, and presentation skills. My goal is to help students communicate confidently in all situations.
