About Sumayya
I am a secondary school mathematics/science teacher with over 15 years experience in international schools across the world including USA, China, Pakistan, Switzerland.
I have a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a teaching certificate from the State University of New York, USA.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, calligraphy painting and cooking!
I enjoy working with children and helping them build confidence both academically and socially.

Deep understanding of mathematical concepts from Engineering background (BSc Electrical Engineering + numerous teaching courses). Having taught at international schools across 4 continents, I have exposure to different cultures and learning behaviours. Thus, I am able to cater to various types of students.
My maths lessons are primarily for students in grades 5-10 and last between 40 minutes to 1 hour.
