Abigail is a tremendous teacher. She’s helped me with numerous assignments, breaking them down step by step so I can understand better. I've definitely gotten better at Spanish through her help.

I used Abigail as my teacher for six months; three days a week for an hour. I feel fluent! I speak well; I understand almost everything I hear and I know Abigail got me to that point. She is bilingual/ Native speaker in both English and Spanish. I think that helps a lot. In English she explained to me nuances in Spanish that I never understood. She is a master gammatician ( I made that word up!) in both English and Spanish. Which works well for me - I studied high level English grammar so being able to discuss Spanish on grammatical terms works for me. I would recommend her to teach the leader of a nation or a second grader - she can teach all levels in all ways that work for the learner. I don’t know that there are many tutors / teachers of Spanish that are as good. Buenas suerte!

My daughter Amelia, 6, has been working with Ms. Abby for about 6 months now. I initially just wanted my daughter to work on her conversational skills but Ms. Abby does way more than that. She works on writing, incorporates art and painting, practices gross motor skills like games such as "Simon Says" or "Find an item". She teaches common Spanish songs like "El Burrito Sabanero" during the holiday season and more. Amelia has practiced her letter names and sounds in Spanish, as well common words like places and foods. Ms. Abby is so patient and kind and I am so happy that I saw her post and decided to give the classes a try. My daughter is engaged and looks forward to telling Ms. Abby about a few things going on in school and over her weekend. She also gives my daughter choices on the activities she would like to work on. I highly recommend signing up for classes with Ms. Abby. We are so happy we did!!

Abby is a great teacher! She’s really patient and she goes through lessons at an easy pace. She relates her lessons to her students interests to improve participation and conversations. This has made my daughter enjoy her sessions more.
