About Freya
I am a recent graduate from the University of Oxford, where I earned a BA Hons in English Language and Literature, and was awarded the Mark Pattison Exhibition for Academic Excellence. Over the past three years, I have worked as an English tutor with Leading Education, supporting students across a range of levels, from KS2 to A Level, and including international curricula such as IGCSE and IB. I have also taught in-person English language classes at Murray Edwards College, Cambridge, and led workshops on public speaking and communication. I have extensive experience in Oxbridge Prep and worked full time for Hertford College’s access programme.

My lessons are focused on the individual and their needs. I work to fill in gaps that school curriculums miss and tailor my support to enable students to fall in love with their subject. I want to foster a love of learning as well as a better attitude to studying and my lessons are intensive whilst focusing on areas the students wish to specialise in.
