About Rufus
I am an Oxford University History graduate, currently studying for the Legal Practice Course professional qualification, in order to become a solicitor. I am able to teach History up to A Level/undergraduate level and have experience tutoring students for the Oxford interview process as well as having assisted with school history mentoring and revision programmes whilst in 6th Form.

I believe in adapting my teaching style to best suit the individual student to ensure that they remain engaged and get the most out of the tutoring sessions. I feel that it is important that the students get a full understanding of the topics they are studying so they understand the area as a whole before moving on to specific detail, highlighting any areas they don’t understand whilst also learning how to best approach questions and excel in the subject.
