Perfect! Sara delivered a well-structured and engaging writing lesson today, and Ava responded very positively throughout the class. The session was pitched at just the right level, allowing Ava to feel confident while still being gently challenged.

Sara explained ideas clearly and broke the writing process down into manageable steps, which really helped Ava organise her thoughts before writing. She gave clear examples, modelled sentences effectively, and encouraged Ava to expand her ideas using more descriptive language. Ava was able to apply this guidance independently, showing good focus and effort.

There was a lovely balance between guidance and encouragement. Sara was patient, calm, and very supportive, which helped Ava feel comfortable sharing her ideas and making improvements. Ava remained engaged for the whole lesson and showed noticeable progress in both confidence and sentence structure.

Going forward, it would be helpful for Sara to work a little more closely with me on the lesson planning to ensure everything is fully aligned. Other than that, the lesson went very well and we’re very happy with how today’s session went.
