Oxford Maths-Stats student, 4 times gold medalist in the National Mathematics Olympiad

I am Radu, a math Olympian who participated in the IMO, so you can trust me on this one. Alex and I used to live in the same dormitory in highschool and used to study together all the time. He sometimes solved very difficult math problems before I was able to, and always had a very clear picture of how to tackle the problems in his mind. When we discussed proofs, his or mine, he was able to convey his ideas and reasoning very clearly. I believe that this ability to convey his ideas and, of course, the gist of even the most complicated math problems, and his funny and charismatic personality will make anyone love studying with his help. We certainly enjoyed helping one another and cracking a joke from time to time!

I have known Alex since we were little. I highly recommend him as a tutor due to the fact that he dedicated all his life to Mathematics. He won several prizes at Olympiads and even held lectures in Summer Math Camps.
