About James
When I was about 7 I picked up a teaspoon and saw my reflection was upside down and I wondered why. It took me a few years to work out why, but this was my first memory of Physics and its amazing power to explain the universe in which we live
Physics exists to explain the entire universe from the beginning to the end of time, and no other subject has this ambition. But this shouldn't be off-putting as you don't actually need to know very much, and you can start to make some very powerful predictions of how things will behave. I love this about Physics, and simply want to share it with others

A lot of people can teach the physics syllabus for GCSE or A Level, what I like to do as well is help students develop their problem-solving skills. It is these that will keep them interested in the subject and also help them maximise their grades, get into the universities they want to and then succeed in their undergraduate studies
I also have experience of teaching SEN kids, particularly those who have missed large amounts of schooling through illness, and will tailor my approach to meet individual needs
