About Samuel
I spent seven years at Valley Forge Military Academy and College where I learned and experienced more than the average person would in a lifetime. From flying planes to being the captain of the schools fencing team as well as leading a military regiment and being a regimental bugler. I majored in criminal justice and industrial design before moving onto Aeronautical engineering at Pennstate. From Pennstate I also took an additional major at Lycoming College in archeology as a stepping stone into the world of paleontology. Unfortunately I learned that paleontology doesn't support a family so I moved into the field of applied security, military contracting and weapons development. I worked for a global security agency, the United States Federal reserve as an armored car driver and now I'm a security supervisor for the global supply chain of one of the worlds largest coffee companies. All in all; that's the short version.

Typically we will start with a refresher based on what you already know or have learned and forgotten. This allows me to understand where you are academically and how to strengthen and reinforce your knowledge.
Taking what you know, I can then use it to branch out and expand on everything you know. For example; You know that Julius Caesar was betrayed and killed on the Ides of March but do you know why his breakfast that morning was so important? Or why his death led to the biggest betrayal in Egyptian history? (Yes, Egypt! Despite Caesar being Roman.)
I love teaching. I love making the subjects I teach exciting and I, myself, and excited to make my students excited about these subjects. I can teach all ages and am willing to sculpt myself to the needs of the student.

Great conversationalist. Hes got a lot of experience and is very open to learning things if he didn’t already know something. His philosophy seems to be that anything is possible. He taught me a lot about….well, a lot! Originally I went to him to learn kendo but next thing I know is that I’m picking his brains about psychology and history and now I’m interested in playing music. I’m a former student of his. He asked me to send this to help out his profile. I never paid for his help but he gave it to me anyway and he’s always a phone call away.
Took the time to cater to my individual needs. I wasn’t able to learn karate in a class and it felt too much like I was being pushed into competition but Sam was able to teach me what I needed and wanted to know and even after finishing the program he’s there if I need him.
