About Ashley
I am a Registered Nurse with 7 years of Emergency Room experience, where strong decision-making, prioritization, and attention to detail are essential every day. I specialize in helping nursing students and NCLEX candidates translate complex nursing concepts into clear, practical understanding they can confidently apply in exams and real clinical situations.
My tutoring approach is structured, direct, and results-focused. I work with students to strengthen critical thinking, master NCLEX-style questions, and build reliable test-taking strategies that improve accuracy under pressure. Rather than overwhelming students with information, I focus on teaching how to recognize patterns, eliminate incorrect answers efficiently, and apply core principles such as safety, prioritization, and clinical judgment.
I tailor each session to the individual student’s needs, whether they are struggling with content, test anxiety, or question strategy. My goal is to help students not only improve their scores, but also develop the confidence and reasoning skills required to succeed independently.
I work with nursing students at various stages of their education, including those preparing for the NCLEX-RN exam, students in nursing programs who need academic support, and repeat test-takers seeking a more effective approach. My focus is on helping serious students move past confusion and build a clear, consistent path toward passing and becoming practice-ready nurses.

If the NCLEX feels like it’s designed to trap you, that’s because it is—but I teach you how to outthink it. My approach is not lecture-based or content-dumping; I train you to recognize patterns, break down questions like the test writers do, and eliminate wrong answers with confidence. Each session follows a focused structure: we start by identifying your weak areas, drill high-yield NCLEX-style questions, then dissect every answer choice so you understand the logic behind the correct answer, not just the answer itself. You leave every lesson with clear rules for prioritization, delegation, and safety that you can actually apply under pressure.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just “teach nursing”—I teach you how to pass the exam. I focus heavily on test strategy, critical thinking shortcuts, and breaking anxiety cycles that cause students to overthink. As a Registered Nurse, I understand both the clinical side and what the NCLEX is really testing, which lets me bridge the gap between knowledge and exam performance.
