About Franz
I am a Scrum certified Strategy & Product Management instructor with 20+ years’ experience successfully growing disruptive businesses and effectively serving as the “Voice of the Customer.” And I have led profitable ventures to monetize intellectual property assets. In addition, I am actively involved in the Startup ecosystem including as an advisor and mentor with the State of New Jersey’s SBDC, a Federal SBA funded program to get ventures uphill. I am passionate and hands-on about (i) developing disruptive products and (ii) lean-scaling innovative ventures with a “Customer First” culture. And I have recruited, managed and mentored cross-functional execution teams at startups and iconic global firms alike.
