Hi! My name’s Kyra, and I’m a college freshman studying Education with the goal of becoming a teacher. I specialize in personalized Algebra tutoring for middle school and high school students, whether you’re struggling to keep up, preparing for a test, or just want to boost your math skills.
My teaching method & techniques:
I believe math becomes less intimidating when it’s broken down into clear, simple steps. I use real-life examples, visual aids, and guided practice so students can connect algebra concepts to things they already understand. I focus on understanding why a process works, not just memorizing formulas.
A typical lesson plan:
• Quick review of previous concepts to refresh your memory
