Pelloza was a private tutor during the time I was in high school. I remember how she would put together classroom type gatherings and help the neighbourhood children to prepare for tests and as well as catch up on their studies . Pelloza continued torturing me in University as well. I always admired and still admire how good she is at explaining information . I know Pelloza from varsity. At that time she was already a mother of two and studying for her professional degree at the same time. She was a full time employeee at Eskom. We were studying together. If it weren't for the assistance she offered me, I would have given up doing English. Her patience can't be measured. In between her busy schedule she would proof read each and every assignment I wrote. When we went for practice teaching she would motivate me by saying we must leave an indelible mark in the schools we will be going to. For us to achieve this we must be fully prepared.
