I am a singing tutor with over 6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Contemporary Music, Voice Major. I specialise in guiding students preparing for auditions, competitions, and live stage performances. My lessons cover a wide range of styles, including Classical, Broadway, Pop-Rock, and Music Theatre. I focus on developing diction, vocal range, agility, and expressive repertoire selection. Dramatic interpretation is an important part of my teaching, helping students convey emotion and tell a story through song. I have worked with school students, drama majors, and adult singers returning to music, tailoring lessons to each individual’s goals and experience. My approach combines technical skill-building with performance coaching, ensuring every student gains confidence on stage. I incorporate exercises for breath control, phrasing, and tone quality to enhance vocal artistry. Lessons are interactive, fun, and focused on practical application. Movement exercises and stage presence drills help students engage the audience and develop charisma. Video feedback is incorporated regularly to highlight areas for improvement and track progress visually. Vocal stamina apps and structured warm-ups build endurance for longer sets. I guide performers in using gestures, eye contact, and spatial awareness to enhance audience connection. Each session encourages self-belief, helping students feel confident in their abilities. Attention to small details—like phrasing, timing, and interaction—makes performances memorable. I tailor exercises to each persona, ensuring growth in both technical skill and stage persona. Learning becomes an empowering journey, where artistry, confidence, and presence flourish together.
