About Gabriella
Hello! My name is Gabriella and I come from Naples, my career has brought me to London and I am enjoying life in this stunning city! My perfect day? Out in nature or at an exhibition or enjoying a wonderful show in one of the amazing theatres we have in the capital! Well.. this was pre-covid... now it's mainly listening to audiobooks or podcasts while walking in the streets. I have attended seminars by Tony Robbins, Jay Shetty, Ho and many more so I am quite familiar with motivational speech, life coaching and mindfulness. I am a project manager with PRINCE 2 certificate, a master in marketing and communication management. I am currently finishing my first novel and can help with creative writing and emotional influences too. I exercise daily and cycle very often, I meditate every morning as soon as I wake up and put on my favourite music to set the right tone for the day!
