About Laura
Hello! I am currently studying to become a Primary teacher at the University of Reading. I have had lots of experience working with children in schools, and will be teaching full time from September 2020. Until then I am really passionate to share my knowledge and skills as well as expanding them! I have passed both my numeracy and literacy teaching exams, and have studied for both A-Levels and Degree. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

My background is mainly Primary, but I am also confident in teaching English up until A-Level, as well as several other subjects such as sociology, maths and KS3 Science and Religious Studies.
I have volunteered with several educational charities, such as Beanstalk who aid children struggling with reading and literacy skills, and the Blue Cross. I am very patient and understanding that with some children, it takes more than one try before we get to a solution that suits them.
