About Sophie
I am a patient, responsible, and experienced tutor who enjoys helping elementary and middle school students grow academically and build confidence. I have experience supporting students with reading, writing, vocabulary, homework, and critical-thinking skills. I also run a student-led tutoring program called Bright Path Scholar, where I help create supportive and engaging learning opportunities. My goal is to make every student feel comfortable, encouraged, and capable of reaching their academic goals.

My lessons are designed to help elementary and middle school students strengthen their reading, writing, vocabulary, and critical-thinking skills in a patient and encouraging environment. I use clear explanations, visual activities, guided practice, and interactive games based on each student’s individual learning style and needs.
A typical lesson includes a warm-up, focused instruction, practice activities, and a final review to check understanding. I have experience tutoring students and helping them organize their ideas, improve their writing, and become more confident learners. I also run a student-led tutoring program called Bright Path Scholar, which is dedicated to supporting students academically and helping them reach their goals.
