About Sharon
I have taught lawyers, secretaries, students and in adult education centers and schools and have IT Training qualifications, a Certificate of Education, am TAP and COLF certified and have been a lecturer/trainer/teacher for over 35 years.
My students have passed City & Guilds exams from intermediate to advance levels, infant school children have gained confidence in using their computers. Adults have learned to create publications in Publisher for their business, a personal event or just how to use Excel to do their personal finance.

As an experienced and trained IT trainer, I have trained all ages, from 6 to 80+ years to use computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
I can teach any age to use Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher and Outlook from beginner to advanced level via webinar and with email for questions and answers.
I also provide exercises guides for your reference.
Training should be relevant to what you do, as well as fun and enjoyable and I will make you do exercises to make sure you are learning.
