About Rachael

Hello! My name is Rachael and I’m a passionate and dedicated teacher from Nigeria. I’m a certified Early Years Educator with a TEFL certificate, and I have several years of experience working with young learners.
I love teaching because I believe that every child has the ability to learn and succeed when they are given the right support, encouragement, and learning environment. Seeing a child progress from struggling with a skill to becoming confident and independent is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching for me.
I specialize in phonics, reading, English, pronunciation, spelling, and early mathematics, particularly for children ages 2–8.
My lessons are patient, fun, interactive, and tailored to each child’s individual learning pace. I want my students to not only improve academically but also develop confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love for learning.

About the lesson

Welcome! I’m Rachael Adebusoye, a certified Early Years Educator with a TEFL certificate and several years of experience teaching young learners.
My lessons are designed to make learning fun, engaging, and effective. I specialize in phonics, reading, English, pronunciation, spelling, and early mathematics for children, especially ages 2–8.
I use a variety of interactive teaching materials, including flashcards, pictures, songs, stories, phonics games, worksheets, interactive slides, and age-appropriate activities. I carefully adapt each lesson to the child’s age, ability, learning pace, and individual needs.
For reading and phonics, I help children recognize letter sounds, blend sounds together, read words, improve pronunciation, and gradually develop reading confidence. I also use repetition and practical activities to help children understand rather than simply memorize.
Whether your child is just starting their learning journey or needs extra support to improve their reading and English skills, I will provide a patient, supportive, and child-friendly learning environment.
