About Wei (David)
I am a senior at University of Oregon looking to be self-employed. I have been teaching and tutoring for 3 years. I have helped students ranging from elementary to middle school kids and their parents are very satisfied with my help. I use an encouraging and rewarding method to help students to learn. Giving students extra practices is something I like to do because this gives me an idea if students really understand the topic. I am very easygoing and patient with students and they like working with me.

I use a rewarding system on students and I use pictures and interpretations to make difficult contents easy to understand. Helping students and going above and beyond is my objective when I am tutoring students, and I am always happy to see the students are succeeding.
