About Cassandra
I am a patient, friendly, and dedicated swimming coach who enjoys helping swimmers become more confident and comfortable in the water. I believe every student learns differently, so I take the time to understand their needs and adapt my coaching to suit their ability and goals.
I create a positive and supportive learning environment where students can develop their skills without feeling pressured. Whether you are learning to swim for the first time or looking to improve your technique, I am committed to making each lesson productive, enjoyable, and rewarding.
My aim is to help every swimmer make steady progress while developing confidence, good technique, and a lasting enjoyment of swimming.

My lessons are suitable for beginners, children, adults, and swimmers who want to improve their technique, confidence, endurance, or overall swimming ability. I welcome students at different levels and tailor each lesson to their personal goals and experience.
Each lesson begins with a short warm-up and a review of the swimmer’s current ability. We then work on specific skills such as breathing, body position, kicking, floating, coordination, strokes, and water confidence. I use clear demonstrations, simple instructions, and progressive exercises so students can improve at a comfortable pace.
